As of this week we're delighted to introduce a regular telehealth service to complement our face to face service. Nigel, our nurse practitioner will provide this service.

Cover arrangements will include:

1. Nurse Practitioner attending the RACH as first point of contact.

2.GP from Next Practice Deakin who also attends the RACH as second point of contact.

3. Nurse Practitioners will be supported by Dr. Poh on a case by case basis during Dr. Dawda's absence.

4. Any variation from these cover arrangements will be notified as needed.
