Clinical System Upgrade

We thank you for your support during the recent system upgrade.

New Telehealth Platform for Video Consultations

From Monday 18 August 2025, we will be moving to a new telehealth platform for all video consultations (other than Tytocare or Visionflex).

To make the experience smoother and more reliable, we are standardising to the HealthDirect Video Call platform, a secure service supported by the Australian Government.

With this change, you will now enter a virtual waiting room when you join your video appointment. Your clinician will see that you have arrived and will call you in from there – just like waiting to be seen in our practice, but from the comfort of your home.

Joining is easy

On Sunday, 23 February, we’ll be joining the Canberra Memory Walk & Jog to show our love and help Dementia Australia.

And we need your support!

Did you know that 1.6 million carers, family members and friends are involved in caring for someone with dementia in Australia. That's why we're hoping to raise as much money as possible. We'll be walking, jogging, and running to stop dementia in its tracks.

We'd love you to join us on the day, but if you can't, a generous donation will help provide vital services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to find a cure.

Together we can achieve a lot. That's why your donation will mean the world to us.

We're all grateful for any amount you can give.
